December 3, 2015 is our First Installation of Airborne Infection Isoaltion Room (Negative Pressure System), to Isolate Airborne Infectious Patients with TB, FLU, Pox, Varicella, Aspergillosis, SARS, MERSCOV, to protect the entire Emergency Room from spreading out of the infectious air coming from Infectious Patients identified at ER Triage Area.
Our valued client is Mercy Community Hospital in Iligan City.
Together with this ceiling-mounted system is the

Hospital Airborne Infectious Air Purification Solution by MedicCleanAir
Description of the PRO 100 Series:
Device continuously purifies the air inside the (patient’s) room.
Trade mark: MedicCleanAir

Standard with filter cartridge that consists of F9+activated carbon+H14.

Brief description:
This unit is made for air purification inside the (patient’s) room.
The unit extracts dirty and supplies
clean air to the area on a 360° basis.
It is installed against the wall (is in nobody’s way) by means of 2 supplied metal supports.
The unit does not take any floor space.
The unit is built for continuous 24/24 h use and does not need maintenance except for the changing of
the filter cartridge which is between 12 and 24 months.
Depending on the quotation the following is offered:
a. Regarding the filter cartridge
- filter cartridge containing F9 (prefilter) + activated carbon + HEPA14 level, respectively
manufactured following SN EN779 and SN EN1822. ULPA15 level is also possible.
- filter is leak tested
- filter is airtight connected to the device
- filter is provided with a chip to check the filter condition (hygiene security) and when
replacement is needed, a visual / LED signal will be given (green-yellow-red)
- life time of this filter cartridge is mainly between 12 and 24 months.
- filter is provided with a leak test certificate following EN1822, mentioning: date of
production, filter type/class, date of leak test, production number.
- filter delivers a quantity of ca. 400 m3/hour. In case this needs to be increased, we provide
you with an end-filter level HEPA 12 (also EN1822 and 99.7% at 0.3 microns) which will
increase the capacity up to 600m3/hour.
b. Regarding the device PRO 100 series itself
- steel with finishing in white epoxy, anti-bacterial coating (or optional stainless steel)
- 2 steel white epoxy coated supports for wall mounting/installation
- 4 operating levels, including one night level (for patient sleep) – each level can be set at a
specific desired level. (number of rpm)
- integrated hygiene control system (filter check – hygiene security) – a (visual on LED) test
will show at any given moment if the filter cartridge is still good (efficient) or if it has to be
changed.
- maintenance: none, except for the change of the filter cartridge
- guarantee: 3 years
- parts are available at least 10 years after date of installation
- pre- and after sales assistance: each unit includes a plasticized instruction card for hospital
staff with easy operation instructions + one plasticized information letter for patients. When
required, a visit can be organized in the presence of the manufacturer or their representatives.
- no asbestos or wood components in any part of the system
- noise levels are between 20 ≤ 50 dB.
- unit can operate in up to 100% relative humidity
- CE approved for the entire device
c. remote control device with key operation RC 100
- remote control + cable (also see remark): as soon as connected, this remote control takes over
the controls on the air purification device itself.
- 5 levels operated by key (only hospital staff can operate the device – patient cannot)
- 1 night level for patients sleep, 2 day-care levels and 1 emergency level
- levels can be set as required by the circumstances of patient’s room (not every room is the
same)
Remarks:
1) Our years of experience has shown that remote controls that are wireless are lost very easily.
We therefore offer our remote controls with cable. All our remote controls do not need any
external power supply. They operate with the power supply coming for the Pro Unit.
